I got to tell you, buying a house is very stressful, time consuming, and paying close attention to details. I felt all of the above in the beginning, until I found Drew. Not only did he take the stress off my plate, but he also checked every process, every procedure, and always made sure he had my best interest at hand. If I had to do this all over again, it would be a no brainer who I would choose to represent me. Do yourself a favor, get this man to work for you, you won't regret it at all.

What's not to love about Drew?! He's extremely competent, a wonderful communicator, and always on top of all the moving parts involved in a real estate transaction. He's incredibly personable and willing to pivot in a new direction without hesitation if needed. He's a Rock Star!

Awesome Agent! We began looking for a new home in February 2021, but with the housing market not being “buyer friendly" at that time, we put our search on hold. Then in July 2023, through the Virginia Credit Union (VACU), when we began working with Drew Cheely of Joyner Fine Properties. Working with Drew has been both a joy and a pleasure. He was very passionate about being an agent, was very patient, was not pushy or constantly reaching out. Drew would send properties, based on our requirements, and allowed us to take our time to review them. What I also enjoyed was that he would wait for us to call him. Well, in December 2023, 5 months later, Drew got the call! He was out of town at the time and set up an afternoon appointment on New Year's Eve. Upon his return, we went to see the property and it was the one for us! That same evening, we submitted an offer, the sellers accepted it, and the home buying process began! My wife, Allison, and I had a great experience working with Drew when we relocated from Mississippi to Richmond in 2019. We had a short window to find a house over just a couple of days. Drew maximized our time to see as many houses as possible, and accommodated us when we wanted to revisit a home we’d already seen. We completely changed direction the night before we were to fly out, finding a home online that was in a different location from where we were previously looking. Drew and his team got us in for a last-minute visit the next morning, put us in touch with a lender, and helped us fast-track an offer and negotiate with the sellers; we had numerous phone calls throughout the day while we were waiting in the RVA airport or on layover in Atlanta between flights. Drew lined up the inspection while we were back in Mississippi. He and the lender helped us coordinate dual closings on the same day, as we finalized the sale of our home in Mississippi and then, hours later, closed on our new home in Jackson Ward.
